Shipping & Delivery Policy

How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order, it takes between 3 - 5 business days for your payment to be accepted and processed. Orders sent to the United States and Europe usually take between 5 - 14 business days for us to deliver your order. Please keep in mind that during holiday seasons this will be extended by another 5 - 10 days.
International orders may extend the delivery time of 15 - 30 business days.
Orders to Kuwait, Algeria and Bosnia And Herzegovina may not be supplied with a Tracking Number.

May have an extended delivery time from 15 - 30 days to 30 - 60 days.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

I received the tracking number, but it says invalid/blank?
After we have shipped your package it may take 2 - 4 days before your tracking number gets activated. 

If your order does not update tracking within a week after purchasing, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

I want to cancel my order/change shipping address:
If your order has already been shipped, we are sorry there is nothing we can do to cancel the shipment/order, you would have to return it, or contact your local post office once the package arrives.
